Actually the noise at that part is minimal along Edna but the noise begins really over the bridge at the parking lot and that has lessened in the past 6 months. I've seen ttc crews tightening the tracks there a couple of days a week.

It does and hope it gets built soon. They sure are taking their time getting the sales office up and going even the Giraffe had their sales office up within a month and their website is spectacular compared to the The Address at High Park.

The only draw back I can see to this Condo is the pricing and the Condos on the North side facing the subway.
