Thanks so much for the Photo updates drum118 and Red Mars.

Does anyone know the details of interim occupancy lengths for the other freed projects (ie 75 portland, 550 wellington, 55 stewart, 66 portland)? Just curious to know the avarage wait time from first occupancy to final closing date.

For 10 Morrison it was approx 6 months after occupancy.

For this project you have to keep in mind that there's two buildings, one is the King and the other Bathurst. Interim occupancy would extend till the Bathurst building finishes.

Unless they are registered individually under two separate addresses?

The build lost its crane today.

TTC had to tear down the overhead wiring on King St so the crane could be setup for the take down. Freed will have to pickup the tab for TTC to do the take down and reinstalling it.
