It definitely would be a cool spot for one from a design perspective ^. From a retail perspective, not so much though.
Taken today:
*Crystal-form buildings such as EY in general look pretty good in white/lighter coloured cladding like with One Bryant Park or even the ROM crystal, as the renders depicted.
The colour we're getting here at least is one not yet seen in the CBD. It's very Aura-esque (the curved portion), and thankfully not green or sky-blue like the Bay Adelaide Twins and Shangri-la.
It looked like the precast they took off when I walked by on the weekend. I'd rather granite, but that wouldn't be authentic, for whatever that's worth.
