I was down at Success Tower today to pick out the colours for the floor, cabinets, carpet and tiles. They are already on the 12th floor. The manager told me they add 3 floors every 2 weeks, which means they should top out in October sometime. The have also started the cladding on the front part of the building. The manager told me they are about 6 months behind, he said this winter was really bad for construction. They are pretty upset because they completed the first two buildings ahead of schedule, and now they are behind. They started on the 4th tower so they could attempt to catch up and finish the whole project on time

It's good to see more and more projects make use of that praying-mantis-style concrete delivery system. Too bad everyone (i.e. Murano) can't have this.

^Pretty similar. Why do Toronto condos feel like vertical suburbs? I want solid streetwall, where the car distinctly looks out of place, blah blah blah.

Gives a bit of green space in each case. Not many parks in either area, are there?

Harbourfront is only a block away.

Yeah, they'll have those beach/park slips at the harbourfront, especially at Jarvis.
