I certainly like some of Libeskind's work, but not this tower formerly known as L. As stated before I just hope the development dies. Maybe someone can come up with a better idea, like just leaving the O'Keefe/Hummingbird/Sony Centre alone.

keeping in mind that the Permits for 1 Bloor were also 'Under Review' forever ... until the recent news broke out ~

^True. I think the huge delays are mainly due to financing, which it sounds like this project cant get.

I doubt it's financing holding up the project. It's pobably more a case of whether it's financially worthwhile to proceed or not if it is in trouble. The units were sold at a "relative" bargain.
