New industrial park at 440 Victoria St N - the site of the former Studebaker automotive plant.

An office building was built on the site a few years ago, but the last few weeks have seen construction start on a new self-storage building and industrial warehouse as well (the largest one on the site plan).

unfortunately what is left of the old Studebaker Plant continues to rot without any construction underway to renovate it into an office building as planned..

Seems oddly suburban office park-ish for an area that is right on the edge of Hamilton's downtown.

Would be nice to see actual renderings of what this will look like when completed. I own two houses in this area and I also would like to know what the setbacks and greenspace requirements are for this project since it borders on residential streets.

Came home to this two story monstrosity next to my house. As I stated it would be nice to see some renderings of what was approved here. I will likely have a commanding view of the side of a grey steel building
