Kind of reminds me of the monstrosity and bait and switch that happened at 243 Niagara:

What a terrible shame what they did to this poor church -- it looks so poorly and cheaply done.
Seems like this project has been cursed from the very beginning.

Mark Savel, from Sage Real Estate here... looooooong time since I've posted on UT, but happy to provide an update on this one!

Long story short, the project went into receivership in 2022, and we've been working to complete the remaining items and bring the project to market. We'll be selling 14 units, 10 in the original church structure and 4 in the addition to the rear. Suites range in size from 755 to over 2000 sq.ft. and in layouts from 1 bed (starting at $599,000), 1+1, 2+1 and the largest at 3 bedrooms. 11 parking spots are being offered, 10 of which are included in the purchase price with the church townhomes. We will be having an open house every Saturday and Sunday from 12-6, and by appointment Tues/Thurs from 4-8!
