I'm generally a fan of this building, but such a weird trend for buildings lately where the top is larger than the bottom - it feels like this building is holding its skirt up to show off its little Victorian house feet.

This building gives me the heebie jeebies lol. The cantilever just looks impossible. I can't wait to see all the windows cleaned, and all the trimmings finished.

The recreated heritage here reminds me a bit of Walnut Hall...

To me it looks more like those 1980-1990s contextual infill houses you see throughout the city. It's a bit uncanny valley, something just doesn't look right.

These recreated/restored buildings always feel a bit like a theme park diorama. I think it's partly because they're too clean. I guess I expect 150 year old buildings to have a bit more patina
