It definitely looks older than the pic above. The north part of the runway at Pearson appears missing, or under construction. I'm not sure what date that would put it at. The Leslie spit also looks slightly smaller.
Then again it could just be the weird colouring, or quality of the reproduction. The lake is black, all the greenspace is neon, and the farmland is pink.
Interestingly, if you do a google search for "Toronto Landsat 4" and "Toronto Landsat 3" the original image above comes up on various other sites. At any rate I'd say wikinfo.org got it wrong.
