Haven't been able to take any pictures but they have now erected a construction fence around the entire site. Seems like work will be beginning soon!

Just checked, while most permits are applied for, they don't yet have the 'drain/site service' permit in hand, nor new building; don't see any application for a partial permit either. Getting closer, but not there.

Work starting on site:

This is as good a place for this as any.

Just checked for everyone, no real change in permit status, Drain and Site Service is on 'Notice Sent' (meaning a correction is necessary).

No partial permits even showing.

Interesting, I saw construction crews and piling rigs onsite today when I drove by at 2:30. Was driving so couldn't take any pictures.

If anyone else happens to go by, can you please confirm if what I saw was correct? I wouldn't have a reason to drive by there for another couple weeks at least.

Aerial shots from December 9th. First photo also shows the site (5207 Dundas street Housing Now thingy) of that embarrassing disgrace of a fake ground breaking ceremony with the rented excavators that happened back in August with Mayor Chow. I can't believe how they are getting a free pass on this from the media. Seems like they did the ground breaking ceremony for the wrong building!

They still don't have their Drain/Site Service Permit:

Oddly, I don't see any Shoring or Foundation permit application.

New Building is still 'under review'

I'm really hoping the new community centre in this building will have a solid weight room.
