I really like this project. Looks very sophisticated and will add some urbanity to the waterfront.

I don't know about ubanity. It's replacing a nice fine grained retailed strip. Hopefully they use good materials for the ground level and secure some interesting commercial tenants.

Yeah, we are currently in the process of building our second six-story building and Collingwood, which I think everyone on this site would probably laugh at given the size of the scale of these projects we watch

Definitely an improvement - the other condo next to the terminal is one of the ugliest buildings I think I've ever seen. It's amazingly bad.

The most of the builders will delay to finish due to the worst time of the interest rates and hard time to get the mortgage from the Banks.
anyone have any idea what Debut Condos will do about this or they don't care at all?
I don't see any news from them anywhere, not at their website or Facebook or any agencies.
