Toronto Couture The Condominium | ?m | 42s | Philmor | Graziani + Corazza

(Also, 8,000 even - congrats Mr. geek!)

I need to get out more :). Funny, like hitting birthdays in middle age I stopped paying attention to age, and I didn't even notice I was nearing the 8K barrier.

On topic, problems with my legs are improving and I made it by this site again on Sunday afternoon when it was bright & sunny. Couture won't win any awards and it won't be remembered a year from now but it's not terrible. It's different and I think it's actually looking OK so far in person, albeit bland lacking any colour. I really like the Jarvis er, Ted Rogers Way side, namely the lobby's glass feature wall.

The west side of the building this afternoon. Today was the first time I've seen the building this far along during the day, I'm looking forward to seeing this with balcony glass installed. It's simple and understated, no pretensions here and perfectly situated next to X.

Looking north toward Couture on Jarvis today, with X in the foreground -

Lobby/entrance off Jarvis (I like it so far) -

This building won't win any awards, but I don't dislike it.

The podium looks a million times better now that the trim is installed. I don't see where the access for the retail unit is, tho?
