Panning left to right from my south-facing balcony at Karma, I see: 365 Church, YC, Velocity, Aura and CampusOne. It's a murderers' row of catastrophic design.

I'd say Velocity actually just barely limned the nadir of conceivably acceptable in the worst possible world.
