Old school site in the oakwood/st.clair neighbourhood.

A few months back the developer had told me he plans to put 150 stacked townhomes.

Anybody familiar with the local neighbourhood? My impression is that closer to oakwood the area isnt too desirable.

I believe the official launch is this weekend. Any thoughts out there on this one? The builder is sort of an unknown entity downtown. Looks like they saw the success of trinity towns down the street and just brought the whole team (Wengle/CicconiSimone/Paul Johnston) over for a second go-round.

You might want to google map that address --- it's nowhere near oakwood/st.clair; it's closer to Ossington and College. That stretch of St. Clair btw is picking up thanks to the St. Clair ROW; and the housing north and south of St. Clair is fine.

Not to much action on this project in here.

Interesting piece in the star about this project:

According to Paul Johnston's website, only two of the larger units remain:

My wife and I ended up buying here. It seems likes a good option for growing families that want to live downtown but can't stand condos anymore or the idea of renovating/updating older places.

Nice! This project is now sold out. I love this new influx of contemporary townhouse projects on the westside. I hope we never see another faux-Victorian schlock in the greater downtown core again.

One bit of news: we have a couple of homes remaining, including the "signature" home of a whopping 3700 square feet. But yes Travis, the sales have been very strong.

It's nice to see that Wengle can behave himself when he wants to.

hey, we bought there too! lot 32 on Shaw. We're thrilled with our purchase. With busy careers and two small kids it feels like a great option for us.

Yes, each home includes its own garage at rear of lot. Anyone hearing anything on construction commencement?
