Steel column!

It will be a supper light structural steel tower like the BA tower. Mainly steel joist for floors and light steel columns.
 
It was around this time of year in 2007 when they started putting up steel for the west tower, if I recall correctly.

It's not that bad. At least it's not conservatory group crap or twin trumps. Sure the design is nothing new, but at least it adds good density downtown and the quality is good.
 
Opportunity for what? Something that doesn't utilize the most efficient module for the use in question? What do you want here? Some "creative" hat? An overly-expensive and under-performing floorpate for the sake of a 'ye-ha-cool shape?'
