I was thinking they might be using venner brick for the exterior bits but from the pic above it looks as though they'll be going with real individual bricks, which of course is a good thing.

I think almost every condo is ugly. Can we using anything other than prefab panels and floor to ceiling glass to construct things. It's as if every building designer has just two or three ideas in his tool box.

Maybe because they can lower insurance costs, lower the costs of fixing up a unit a smoker is moving out of, lower maintenance costs, and both get more notice for the fact it's smoke free plus charge a little more for rent because of it.

Years later, this building finally has its first retail tenant.

The Good Fork restaurant, has moved from Bloor West to the base of this building.
