The height increase is for only 63 centimetres, so this is probably only taking into account taller mechanical equipment up top, rather than adding a new floor with every floor taking a height-hit. As Tridel is only asking for an increase in the number of units from 334 to 340, this is likely a case of 6 unsold 3-bedroom suites being split into 12 1-bedroom suites, again, as opposed to another floor of suites being added.
