Redpath Ave is closed this weekend for installation of the rooftop mechanical equipment. Currently, some cranes are blocking the street. If I get a chance I'll try to snap a photo or two.

the grey + white spandrel arrangment @ 83 Redpath is certainly much better executed than that of Tridel's Republic, and the clear balcony glass and windows works together very nicely to create a coherant architectural language ~

People have begun to move in (at least to the eight or ninth floor). Fencing is still up around the townhomes.

Townhouses have not been selling well here or at yonge and eglinton in general , pretty expensive and boxy design. The condos have been doing quite well though.

Each one of these is basically 1 million dollars ...
They're big though, I think for that price though you can get a house in the area so that's a little too much if you ask me ... otherwise I'd love you buy it

This project won the Pug's last night. I was a little surprised, though it did have some pretty weak competition overall.
