I've noticed the article on the main page says that these new units are going to be for rental but havent been able to find this anywhere in the application. Is anyone aware how to get that information?

Since @Edward Skira made me look......... the first thing I note here is that the AIC links in-thread are dead, so here's a fresh one:


Second, this never even got a notice of complete application in respect of the zoning *.............. and the zoning docs all date from 2022.

The Parkland and TRCA numbers are much improved, and I'd go so far as to say excellent. Taken together the are ~ 5 acres!

On the Site Plan, I think there is a lot to be pleased with here. The extensive surface parking next to the Community Centre I could do without, though that is separation distance and loading, so I get it, to some degree.

My only substantial quibble, why not slot the Community Centre in the north-west corner and make the park a much more functional shape by including the currently proposed Community Centre site?
