That is true but they did put in a couple of benches. Also, around the corner on Bay St. there are granite seating surfaces on the ends of the planters there. Finally the Second Cup has set up outdoor seating and tables.

Was driving by and remarked that it was beautiful. Almost makes me want to patron there.

Just a really nice job, and an astonishingly better use of space than a little-used right turn lane.

(Though I feel like someone could make a killing in this city if he or she had the expertise to even slightly improve the quality of condo signage.)

Stripes will always be in fashion and as the ones on the sidewalk evoke those of the balconies I'd say they're in good taste as well.

I walked past the ground level the other day and was highly impressed with the quality! The planters make it feel very upscale.
