Yup, the TDSB now uses the old North York B. of E. building up at Yonge & Sheppard. U of T now has the old Board of Education building on College, but I can't remember what faculty has gone in.

I know it's east of yonge, on the south side of the street, based on the municipal addresses
Well that narrows it down to half of Toronto. I'll make it even easier. Its south of Eglinton. So I've narrowed it down to 1/4 of the city
