The building will continue to be closed-in throughout 2017, with occupancy scheduled for 2018. The residential units are 100% sold and P2 Realty is now selling the grade-level commercial space. The development team at Pace, Empire and Fortress celebrated the roof topping this past June at The Mark. Construction is moving quickly, as the precast is scheduled for completion at the end of November, with windows to quickly follow. The sold out project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2018. The at-grade retail/commercial space is available to purchase, contact P2 Realty at 905-597-1480.

The Mark is 100% sold out and the building was topped off towards the end of 2017. Interior finishings are ongoing and occupancy is scheduled for the summer of 2018, with registration to follow.
