Say yes/no to 'blank' billboards

Has anyone seen these billboards around town? They all follow the same formula seen above, eg Say no to excitement. I've seen a few of them around, but there is nothing else on them to indicate what they're for.

I recall hearing radio ads similar to that line ... I believe it is for Casino Rama

Makes sense. I find casinos to be one of the least exciting places on the planet.

maybe it's a typo? maybe it's really supposed to say : "say no to excrement"

that kinda makes more sense.
