Looking good! It worries me, though, that the townhomes don't have concrete between them - not even cement block from the look of things.
I can't quite imagine wood, however treated, would be as effective at blocking fire, noise transmission (with a little gussying) , or infestations between the units. I felt the same way seeing the new TCHC buildings going up across the street from River City.

Fire burning down a whole block after construction is exceeding rare. My concerns would be mostly noise transmission. A demising wall of wood studs can be built as a better dampener than concrete. It isn't done though.

Are the townhouses resale?
As someone else said, wood between units can block quite a bit of sound if done well...but lets be honest, builders do the bare minimum so I expect sound to be flying between these units.
