I disagree. I feel it clutters the sidewalk and suggests a tone of post-9/11, American-style, over security. At least we don't have to flash a pass just to get to the elevator banks...

It looks ok, but really, I thought it meant the address is 111 Wellington St West. I bet ppl get confused in the future.

It does have that sort of feel to it, doesn't it? I'm not sure if I like it or not. I would have expected something more RBC-ish looking. Maybe incorporating their colours in the sign.

I hope it is some kind of fun LED lighting slots on the sides of those things I see! I was hoping for that in the new Royal Bank Plaza bomb truck barricades.. but no such luck..
