    Hey everybody.

Anybody who's interested, my loft is for sale.

It's a true Hard Loft in a 1920's factory building close to Dundas & Bloor (Dundas West Station).

It's a one bedroom, two level loft with a huge private rooftop terrace (with built-in seating, pergola, gas BBQ hook-up). The unit also has nice high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances and a ton of exposed brick. There is also a private front yard garden and the parking spot is directly adjacent to the unit.

    Here's the MLS Listing: http://www.realtor.ca/propertyDetails.aspx?propertyId=12831036&PidKey=601754043

    Great photos available here: http://www.myhometour.ca/371wallace8/vsl.html

Thanks! And sold too within a week.

Seems the market for Lofts (at least hard lofts) is still pretty strong.

I always admire that building when passing it by. The exterior looks meticulously restored, and the gates to the parking area are impressive with those massive lanterns.
