I'm really liking all these Colleges & Universities in the core. It adds a lot of energy both day and night to the downtown area.

Sounds exciting. Especially the "textile" theme of the design inspired by the name of the warehouse building they are building on to.

 

[Towered]

Sounds like an inspired replacement for the shitty clubs that have finally been leaving the area.
