There are several things going. On the one hand, it's about the simple joys of a Kensington Market flaneur, fashioned with a scene that references the intro to Saturday Night Fever. The characters in the video are people from Broken Social Scene. It's all about that warm and laid back aesthetic that captures a side of the city quite effectively.
