Just an interesting bit of info we got in the Falls in the spring from a resident. I don't know if it is true or not. But some of the residents living or working near the Falls claim in the last 5 or 6 years the mist off the Falls has increased by 20% or so. Many claim this is due to the many many high rise hotels that have cropped up on the top of the cliff.

Is there any budding engineers that care to comment on the theory?

There was a TV documentary on the subject. Seems the airflow patterns have changed which has led to some other changes. Google might find said documentary.
