humm, I wouldn't be surprised. it's been almost a year since it launched and they still haven't sold enough. The finishings were lovely, colour scheme was perfect and the showroom was amazing but in all fairness 1.075 million for a town home that's attached on 3 sides and only has a skylight in the 3rd 'bedroom' was a hard sell.

? Not sold enough? The sales centre is coming down in February so that construction can commence. We had a front page story on that last week.

My mistake. I walk by the site every day on my way to work and it's been marked as 15/20 sold for ages now, it seemed kinda stalled. But clearly I'm mistaken

Or plain white horizontal slats of Fibre C with green trim

Or charcoal brick with wood trim

And a steeply pitched green roof

And white wrought iron railings
