have you heard of CMV = current market value ?!?!?

properties get reassessed every 4 years by MCAP and your property taxes will be based on market value eventually, although it won't be exact.
 
I am moving into Clear Spirit as a tenant the first weekend of February. Pretty excited about it after living at discovery condos in North York.
 
One theme out of all the units I've seen in this project is the builder screwed up the wood floors. Many have buckled...and in some units, buckled badly. I also don't know why the bathroom sink has no cabinet storage. I'm also not fond of the linear kitchens in the bigger units. Aside from that, it's still a well done building with very good layouts and some top notch attention to detail in some regards. I give it a B+/A-
