Technically, they just updated on the previous building outline. But I definitely would have preferred if they dropped the gimmicky roofline motif.

Among them, Chicago's Chinatown is one I can think of that's not losing ground or even having an increase in Chinese population in the immediate vicinity.
My guess is because Chicago's Chinatown is on the less favored South Side and faces less gentrification pressure.
Showing East Chinatown some love, because this neighbourhood is one of my favourites.

Lee Garden at 331 Spadina Ave which has been around since 1978, has closed down.
You've got to be kidding. I wonder why.

I'm guessing it may be just the owners retiring. End of an era for another one of the older restaurants now gone. Lee Garden wasn't necessarily a place I'd go to, but it's definitely a popular place in the area.
