Im impressed with how fast this excavation seems to be going. Ive been trying to think to myself how many levels are parking and thus how much more digging is necessary. Anyone know?
There have been a significant number of dump trucks here in the last few weeks. At one point I counted 10 lined up along Adelaide and up Sherbourne.

I believe there is to be three levels of parking. So one more floor deeper as far as I can tell.

It is interesting that the site plan etc for Axiom has not yet been approved - all that was approved was the excavation permit.
I guess they are confident that the site plan will be approved otherwise there will be a big hole here for a while.
