This is the entire block on the northeast corner of Beverley and Dundas West! No detailed info but as the CBC podcast says ‘somebody somewhere knows something.’ Could be anything such as an AGO expansion, student housing for OCADU or a mixed use. Also this is within 800m of a subway station and is on a streetcar line and considering what has gone up to the east it could be a substantial increase in density.

Or it could be nothing.

I seem to recall these were owned by TCHC? This could just be part of their initiative to transfer small sites to non-profits. The submitted applications are only minor variances and a consent to sever.

You are correct. 370 is known as the Hydro Block and was designated and bought by the City in 1973. Probably just housekeeping but there seems to be a bit of yard space st the back of all the properties so maybe something appropriate there.
