The little ole place to the north is not a part of the 365 Church St Condos, but it is getting its own makeover.

Facing roughly north, from the gallery's third floor, overlooking the site of "Alter" to 365 Church. McGill Street runs between the two blue containers.

The three-storey building (89 Granby) to the north of 365 Church Condos is now behind 365 Church hoarding, so either Menkes has bought it, or they have been contracted to rebuild it as per the CoA minor variance taped to the window from this post.

Now that the Tree of Heaven (that's what the tree is called) has been taken down, both Alter and the 365 lots can be seen.

I understand the sentiment, but Tree of Heaven is a foreign invasive, and in most cases, is a "volunteer" in a neglected corner.
