It's a strange low quality structure altogether. From up-close, the stone blocks that comprise its facade combine for a really rough and highly noticeable uneven surface.

Looking at your pics above, I'm taken by the relative narrowness of the sidewalks.

While I imagine that a certain width is needed for ambulances and trucks etc.

My measurements, crude though they may be via TO Maps, suggest a road width here of about 9M or just over.

I think they could get by with 7M just fine, except maybe right at the intersection for turning purposes.

I'd like to see wider sidewalks here, ideally with some trees as well.
