According to these sites, Main and Main Developments is working on a proposal for the SE corner of Bloor West and Harcroft. This corner is currently a boarded up parcel of land.

I've wondered that as well. The neighbourhood is beautiful. Even this site has a certain Romantic quality to it with its overgrown bushes nestled between Bloor Street's boutiques and the genteel houses to the south.

Plans for a seven-storey condominium at 2115 Bloor Street West are advancing with a submission to the City for Site Plan Approval. The Main and Man project is designed by Diamond + Schmitt Architects Inc.
