okay... now I am not a broker... and I'm not trying to SELL these units or anything... just providing links to views of interiors....

so yeah, each unit has a different interior, and as a matter of fact i quite like them, it suits the building, its traditional. and the units in person are just spectacular.

yeah.... interior shots of different units.... one of them has a modern kitchen (which i get the feeling alot of you peter clewes fanatics will like...) and some have furniture...

yeah

Actually the amount of bulkhead is probably a sign of it being higher end product. Lower end would just bulkhead out randomly where the forced air required it. Here they have gone to the trouble of creating full perimeter bulkheads.

"Full perimeter bulkheads" sounds more like a US insult re the sorts of people who'd buy into this joint.

My prediction: 1ST will top next year's Pugs.

Not my taste personally, but nice for what it is. The floors and balconies are nice.

What's an interior - its an open space. Empty by definition. What would you expect from an empty room?

I guess I was expecting more for something that costs 3 million dollars more than a slightly smaller space in new buildings just a block away.

buildup: It'll look lovely - just lovely! - with all that "deco-style" furniture from Marty Millionaire. ;)

Bet you dollars to donuts those floors aren't even solid hardwood.

"Bet you dollars to donuts those floors aren't even solid hardwood."

You owe me a dollar &/or a donut, or a rollicking image of yourself & Big Art. I know one of the tradesmen working on those floors - solid Brazilian Walnut - from the very last stand of such trees in existence. A quaint and previously undiscovered tribe was enslaved to cut them down for added authenticity.

I understand Marty cobbled together (at special request) a Victorian canopied bed using shower curtains and a pool table. Marty described the client as occasionally pedantic, needling, but good natured.

I'm sure you and Marty got on like a house on fire. Your 1 St. Thomass neighbours will be sooooo jealous when they learn who furnished your pad - canopy bed and all.

Lets not confuse my strolls through the area, with actually living there. I work close by so I see the starchitecture first hand. Secure a day-pass from your institution and enjoy a similar stroll, or have the court van detour through the area. I'll pass you an ice cream cone from the curb.

Speaking of fantasies, what were YOU doing in Harry Rosen? I mean how did you actually get in? Posing as a seamstress?
:D
