Shame, as the development looks quite sensible and attractive. However, this area is predominantly lowrise so I can see the reasons for opposition.

This building looks nice to me, and it doesn't seem too tall.
I can imagine Laird continuing to improve & urbanize. I'd also like to see buildings like this near Eglinton around Laird-Brentcliffe near the future transit line.
