Yes, it is a nice project but I think it is overpriced, $600-$800 psf is too much for this location

How do you know the range of psf for this project already? Are the floorplans and prices posted somewhere?

I'll assume it's new construction. Looks like a conversion. I love small infill like this. Would be cool if there was room at grade for a tucked-away neighbourhood café or restaurant
