So far so....Colgate sea foam. I'm glad this is barely visible from Yonge and Eglinton, and won't be super noticeable except from the east. EDIT, I will add that I do enjoy the form of the podium on that corner so far.

    Toronto House of Assembly | 61.85m | 17s | Marlin Spring | Graziani + Corazza

I have a feeling ground level will be lousy, but otherwise this is looking shockingly good. Its a great fit for the area.

Are the above pictures just north of Cosburn? I recall the area to a degree, but there's not much for a visual tell now that a few blocks are fully demo-ed.

I vastly prefer hope-ium (hopium). It's a much healthier alternative to hope I find :) And more fitting when I think about any Metrolinx work in the city. I guess my hopium is sourced from seeing Oriole GO finished someday.

That's good news, even though I never really go on the north side east of the Don. The day that big staircase opens on the south end will be a sign from God this is opening soon. (its been bothering me for...a very long time)

So help me god, this better not be a pickleball court. Although it'll be better to look at than the current state the site is in.

Toronto One Crosstown Towers I, II, III, and The Crest | 129.86m | 39s | Aspen Ridge | Core Architects

Yesterday, around 8:30 pm. As I walked the Leslie trail, these were quite a spectacle to see as they illuminated the trail (very slightly*). This project acts as a great terminus for this old rail trail.

    Toronto The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

These were taken at 3 am on Friday night (And hardly remember taking them - though the rainstorm that night was a boor!) I wasnt using night mode on my cell phone so I've touched up these images, upping the brightness and WB

    Toronto Leslie Lookout Park | ?m | ?s | CreateTO | CCxA

I'm glsd they park is opening up soon. This is a great destination in an area with a lot of natural-ish beauty as is (the Spit). The sidewalk treatments leading down here from Lakeshore are really nice, albeit a bit narrow for busy summer days.

    Toronto 88 Bathurst | 68.3m | 17s | Hines | 3XN

It definitely reads as a tower in the park, due to its slabby proportions, despite the podium that goes right to the street and a lack of any "park" component. I'm not sure how to read this building, but it definitely reminds me of a correctional facility. The grey tones of the cladding only...

    Toronto Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

It's awful, especially for rush hour crowds. I guess some kind of Toronto Hydro or other contractual hold up is going on.

    Toronto Leaside Common | 29.98m | 9s | Gairloch | BDP Quadrangle

Yesterday. (Mind the quality, I clearly took these without much focus on clarity)

They passed the bar exam, that's all that matters. 😁😅 These were from today while holding a box social.
