Same here. I have not heard anything since my PDI. We're less than a month away! :) Does anyone know if we're getting a good deal from Rogers/Bell for our internet and/or cable? Most new condos offer that.

When can we book our move-in dates? The letter from the property manager says 'when paper work is complete'. Does that mean the move in date can only be booked after the occupancy date?

Has anyone here figured out their plans for their blinds? (unless of course... you're a fan of natural light) lol. I know condos might have rules as to the colour of the blinds that is visible from the outside.

They might be referring to the model suite in the Sales Centre. Do you notice the Occupancy Date of the listings? Usually, it will say September 2016, and have you also noticed the prices have increased?

some condos (not in downtown Toronto) that i know, they require you to send/ email the building management the plate numbers of the vehicles of your visitors so they can track it or something.

Thanks for keeping us up to date! :) . They've reach the height of the right side. I suppose they will focus now on building the left where the higher floors and penthouse are. Though, not a lot of changes from your last pic on 7/18. Could they be working on the interiors now?

Thanks bouderei for posting a pic. Not sure how fast condo constructions get completed.... but with their pace now, does anyone think it can get completed by Spring of next year? I just bought a unit 2 weeks ago.

Ads for this building says Occupancy is November 2015, but doesnt look like it will be completed by that time. Any estimated completion date? How many times have they been delayed?
