    Investment wise, area with low crimes are the best. Just my assumption but price can relatively be high. You sure don't want to buy a house in a terrible neighbourhood with crimes and high rate of house robberies.

    There are alot of these. It's hard to judge the factors as it can vary from price to neighbour issues. Best would be to have a talk with the tenant to negotiate a better possibility.

    I have seen around $400 for 1+1 for condos and sometimes I have seen like up to $650. Pretty outrages if you ask me.

    Most condo includes utilities like water, electricity, cable and etc in one fee. A house would be maintenance fees around it plus utility bills.

    I agree. Sometimes I had hard time to understand. I think it's their only way to attract buyers rather than putting all caps.
