Do you guys think it'll be possible to get a 1bedroom + den +parking/locker for $320-300K downtown? If so any suggestions of where? seems like new construction is out of the question since you gotta pay for parking extra. I've checked MLS but seems like my options are limited.

Does anyone else think the price of parking spots downtown is getting a bit ridiculous? Any new condo in King W. a parking spot is $35K-40K. I understand that is the going price right now and traditionally it's easier to sell a unit when it comes with parking. But really in the King W. area...
