has anyone's PDI been delayed passed the occupancy date? I'm on the 7th, scheduled for Nov 1 occupancy, haven't had my PDI yet (or contacted to book a PDI).

I just noticed they redid the 'Photo Gallery' page of the website, and placed 3 construction update photos there (none at the purchaser login). But the most recent picture seems to be about mid Oct.

I think its been in the works for sometime, just hope it doesn't extend too north, and develop too tall that would block my view!

Got a letter in the mail stating parking spots are available for sale. $29,900, first come first serve.

They changed the login to password access only, similar with their East Lofts. The password is 'broadview', it was easy enough to guess. Contains a update dated Sep 07, 2010.

I received an email on June 10, requesting pre approved mortgage letters. They need all buyers to submit the letter, in order for them to secure construction financing.

Phase 4 of River City, I think, will be the tallest building (South of Eastern Ave.). It may have the potential to block a good portion of the lake view. But if you check out the "The Views" section in theninety.ca it looks like you'll still be able to see the CN Tower.

Did they mention when they will break ground?

So May is finally approaching. Does anyone know of any updates? If they are to start construction in May, would they have started applying for permits?
