She is rite no shoe mould or quarter round is installed over tile .some builders use tile base ,it's looks better that's what I did in my bathroom.

I agree and so does the rest of the board.there is no problem with people having parties but they have no rite to restrict anyone from using the terrace at any time,furthermore all furniture is not tone moved or relocated from one side to other.These issues have been discussed at board meetings...

The best pizza is at Maconi's in the plaza just south of burnhamthorpe and there is a decent Chinese place called china city on bloor and Mississauga vally.on an other not only the party room can be reserved not the terrace anyone who tells you different or try's to book is wrong.

The times of operations are decided by the board ,and the times of operation for the gym and other amenities is on the agenda.

Agreed the hallways are much nicer now .I also wanna say how great of a job the weekend cleaning lady is doing,she takes pride in her work and it doesn't hurt that she lives in the building.As for holding vandyke accountable ,it's the elected board member responsibility to hire an inspector todo...
