Yes, I was thinking of an L-shaped banquette. I think 4 ft max diameter is plenty. I'm picturing only a small glass table there. I think that if I were to remove a closet, I'll just get rid of it entirely. But not sure that will be a good idea for resale value.

Good idea. I wished there was one for developers as well. There is one (condoadvisor or something like that), but there aren't many reviews. Maybe there should be a forum or thread right here for each of the big developers and their reviews and ratings. That would be handy (for me anyway!).
