Even for those people who love to analyze, read about and write about stock before they feel comfortable buying it, the percentage of them being right is no more than 50/50. So you "read" the chart and know within seconds if it's good or not, doesn't mean a damn thing..

No, the 3 floors were added lower than the 50th floor. I got floor 36, and got a letter last week telling me that my unit is now on level 39. So the 3 added floor must be added before 36th floor at least..
Does anyone know where the extra 5 floors will be inserted in terms of floors? I got floor 29, just curious if mine will be bumped up 5 floors, or the floors will be inserted on top of it.

The smallest unit according the floor plan is the Junior 1 bedroom, Unit 13, 378 square feet. facing North.. Personally, i think it's a good layout and will be an attractive buy..
