Hey guys,
Some friends and I are putting together an ice hockey team this October. It's E/D level hockey, so nothing too serious.
We need 3 more players, and we're looking for some guys that have decent skill.
The season is 26 games long, ans runs every Saturday morning between 9am-12...
Does anyone happen to know what sort of prices they had around launch? I called to inquire about an ~800 sf. unit, and was told it was $370,000 before parking???
Is it just me, or does this seem like complete insanity?
Does anyone know what sort of prices (per square foot) they were asking when this first launched?
I'm looking for a 700-800 sf. unit in the Yonge/Sheppard or Finch area, but it kills me to have to pay 400+ psf. when I know just a couple of years ago it was almost half that.
Is it just me...
Hi guys,
I bought a 500 square foot condo about 2 years ago downtown and paid just over 300 per square foot (PSF).
I was looking at Emerald Park the other day and noticed that the price were up closer to 450-500 PSF.
Just curious to know if there is anything available these days...
Does anyone know if there is parking available for sale still?
If not, how often to resales come about? And what sort of price do they usually run?
I have a unit, but no parking, and I am presently out of the country.
I was really hoping to purchase a spot soon.
Any help would be...
Does anyone have any info or an opinion on the Mosaic project(s) at Blue Mountain?
I have heard the first phase was popular and sold out, and now they're opened up and selling the second (and likely last) phase.
What do you guys think of this area/project?
I go up about 2-3 times each...
Does anyone have an opinion of iLofts?
It's a little out of the city but it looks promising, and the prices are very appealing.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks :)
Go to Pinnacle... Go to 8 York...
Got to any other condo where they put some serious effort into the lobby...
I know you don't live in the lobby, but you walk thru every day.
But hey, everyone is different...
I think if you own there, it's a little more personal.
I have seen the careful attention to detail Context puts behind more of it's project, and Spire seems to have been neglected.
Even the lobby looks half-ass.
Spire's not a blemish by any means, but for such a big project, I am...
Agreed.
The building isn't unsightly, but it certainly isn't a work of art.
It looks as though Context went back to the drawing board a few times, and then finally said, "let's just put this damn thing up".
