Wow. That happened so fast. People only started occupying the building in Feb. I thought the building needs to be fully occupied, or close to it, before getting registered .
I agree, the two bedroom tower units are cramped. The pillars particularly are annoying and just wastes space. I find the one bedroom and one bedroom plus den units have more livable spaces . Have u seen the larger 2 storey units on the 8th floor? Those units would have larger living room...
I guess we just have to wait until the builder announces which companies will occupy the retail space. Probably not until sometime next year. I am hoping we get Aroma or Fresh N Wild. Keeping my fingers crossed. I am hoping we don't get the typical dry cleaners or convenience store.

Yes I got my letter saying that my firm occupancy date is now May 5, 2015 instead of July 2015. I have an 03 unit also on the 43rd floor.

thx for all the great pics. It looks like they have completed the 49th floor (final residential floor) and now working on the Mechanical penthouse but I'm not 100% sure. Can somebody please confirm.
